Trevor and Chris bonded as supporters of frustrating football teams. In 2016 non league Imps had just signed the Cowley brothers. The Eagles signed Benteke. Friendship sparked by these momentous events thrived as regular emails congratulated and consoled in equal measure. We will both hugely miss Trevor's easy good company in Kendal.
